Returns Policy
We endeavour to resolve any issues promptly and if resulting in our customers returning orders the customer should contact us within 14 days after receiving the item(s) to request a return. The customer has a further 14 days to return the goods to the seller, Hawk Soap UK.
If the procedure above has been adhered to and we have located proof of purchase, then upon receipt/return of the goods Hawk Soap UK must refund the customer within 14 days.
We only accept returns from the person who bought the item(s) and refund will be made to the debit card or method used to purchase.
Should the customer be unable to contact us within 14 days of receiving the items to return we would invite customers to contact us so we can assist with bringing the matter of a return or cancellation of an order to resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them in, unused, and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of the return postage but if the return is approved, we will include the cost of postage from the original order in the amount of the refund. The customer must contact us in relation to the return of goods. Ways to contact us in relation to returns are below:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if there is a problem, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep any damaged items so that we can arrange collection and raise an investigation with the parcel distribution company.
